done work. officially paying attention

i wrapped up the last bit of paperwork on three consecutive jobs (only one day off in the past month) this evening, so i can officially start paying full attention to what's goin' on in flamesville. i will also use the weeks-straight of 14 hour days and lack of time to read/watch much of anything as an excuse to explain why i really thought DVDG would get one more kick at the can.

meh.

i still won't be wrong about chucko...
;)

the thing that i really don't understand is how prust is still listed on the big club roster, when i'm almost positive that he can't possibly be playing... is he playing ?!?!? there's no way he's playing....

nystrom's gone and yet, brett sutter's still around... ? sure, he's fast buuuutt.....? i smell nepotism....

enough for now. i need sleep bad and i cannot wait to get up at noon.

I think Prust has got an injury of some sort (hip?), which is why he hasn't shown up at training camp at all.

hence my confusion. he had hip surgery in august, so i can't figure out why he's still listed on the main roster.... ?

as in: not demoted to the farm.

He'll demoted when he's healthy I'd wager.

I don't understand why Sutter is still here either.

Nystrom is gone because he's been a waste of space since day 1. The other can be explained by Keenan being insane.

I don't see him sticking with the big team, but Sutter has had some good outings this camp (the intrasquad camp sepcifically). My guess is they can't decide where to send him. We know he doesn't play favourites, but this isn't purely a business decision on the part of the GM...
