It's after two periods, and my former BFF Craiggers Conroy has been directly responsible for two of the Oilers' goals tonight due to loafing and/or a lack of understanding of where he needs to be defensively. Anyway, Kent gave him a little reprieve the other day that I was trying to believe in because, well, he's one of my favourite players. Like, ever. But, so much as it's early in the season and I'm ready to forgive a little bit of this and that, holy crap. This is getting tiresome.

from where i was sitting, gio was (unfortunately) responsible for two of the oilers goals... but connie definitely stood out live as a bad guy in white too...
i saw the wheels falling off, though, when the keenan line blender took effect. it was really, really bad. nystrom, prust and bertuzzi ??? have those guys even MET ???
He just looks lost out there.
I dont know what it's going to take to break Keenan of this ridiculous, fatuous love affair with Conroy.
