She could also be laughing at my lack of blogging lately
This was an absolutely wonderful job by the cameraman after Dustin Brown's unfortunate penalty shot attempt a few games ago. This relates to this blog's favourite defenceman, of course, as Mark Giordano was the "guilty" party on the bizarro-world penalty shot call outlined here by walkinvisible.
I realize nobody's wondering but: I have been watching, pretty much every game, and I have thoughts. They will come.
In the meantime, please enjoy the photograph.

i ENJOY !!!!!!
i've been recently gifted an AMAZING flames book from 1982. there's some pix i need to scan and upload... a post to come on that soon too...
;)
I want WI to chop up these latest "rumors" or is it "rumours" that Phaneuf's Aneuf wants out. Come on give it to us!
nuuuuugs:
i wonder if i'm the one who started the rumour with my most excellent breakdown of why we should get rid of phaneuf (and his aneuf) NOW... realistically, i still think he's a project that both sutters want a part of and i'm not sure he's tradebait at this point. in SAYING that, if we can get a tavares type for him, that would be awesome....
i've heard trade rumours about higher profile, higher paid flames.... that's MY concern....
Dion is still a project in his fifth season? Is that attitude still malleable?
My point is that the Flames defense is still solid without him, and there are plenty of teams already looking for more size on the back end and willing to overlook defensive liability for someone who can punish the body. That desire is only going to get stronger as we enter the stretch, and it could be parlayed into some nice offensive talent to play with Iggy.
And I'm sure the Orangutan is walking dead as trade bait. Who else is on the block?
Come on now, Phaneuf's Aneuf.
i'm just saying that dion is the flames' current management's prodigal son. i don't think that darryl (who drafted him) or brent (who nursed him thru junior) will give up on him just yet....
my latest theory is that anders eriksson ruined him.... ;)
Sure, blame it on the journeyman Swede. Borq, Borq, Borq, Borq.
