After this attempted comeback, I would say yes, but only after #2 is retired. Big Al deserves it first.
dave, i respectfully disagree entirely. macinnis (though an amazing player and integral part of the '89 cup win) had his #2 retired in st.louis. fleury started and finished his career in a flaming C, and was a character, a sparkplug, a great "life story" AND an integral part of the '89 cup win.
ps: mike vernon's jersey should probably not be in the rafters at the 'dome, IMO.
